Privacy policy

We collect your email address and the product figures you type in. We use them to produce and deliver your report, and — if you tick the box — to send occasional tips. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product ideas to source products ourselves.

Email address. Required to deliver your result and to identify you without making you create an account.

Product inputs. The name, price, cost, dimensions, weight, category, supplier country, attributes and any demand figures you supply.

Technical data. A one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), your browser user agent and the referring page. We use these to detect abuse and to understand where visitors come from.

Payment data. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store the Stripe identifiers for the transaction so we can match a payment to a report and issue refunds.

Producing and delivering the report you asked for is performance of a contract. Detecting abuse and keeping the service running is our legitimate interest. Marketing emails are sent only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Only the processors we need to run the service: Supabase (database hosting, EU or US region), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (the language model that writes the commentary around your figures). Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Reports and their inputs are kept so that your private link keeps working. Ask us to delete them and we will, within 30 days. Records required for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Email support@sellerverdict.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect reports you have already bought.

SellerVerdict does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages to process your payment securely.
