SellerVerdict (sellerverdict.com) provides an informational analysis tool for people considering selling a product on Amazon. By using the site you accept these terms.

You give us figures about a product. We calculate estimated Amazon fees, margin, return on investment, break-even points and applicable compliance considerations, and return a report with a score and commentary.

The free check is provided without charge in exchange for an email address. The full report is a one-off paid purchase, priced per product at the amount shown at checkout.

Reports are estimates, not advice. Nothing here is legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the site.

Amazon changes its fee schedules, category rules and compliance requirements without notice, and your own seller account may be subject to different rates or restrictions. Always verify in Seller Central and with the relevant regulator before committing money to inventory.

The report is only as good as the figures you enter. If your packed dimensions, weight, landed cost or category are wrong, the output will be wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for every commercial decision you take.

Do not attempt to scrape, automate, resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product. Do not attempt to bypass payment or interfere with the operation of the site. We may rate-limit or block use that appears automated or abusive.

Each report is reachable through a long private link. Anyone with that link can view the report. Treat it as you would a password, and do not post it publicly if the contents are commercially sensitive to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory value, account suspensions, regulatory penalties or any indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the service.
