Refund policy

Last updated 1 January 2026

The principle

You should not pay for a report that did not work. If ours fails you, we refund it. We would rather lose the fee than have you distrust the numbers.

We refund in full if

— The report failed to generate after your payment went through.

— A figure in the report is demonstrably wrong against the published Amazon fee schedule for your marketplace on the date the report was produced.

— You were charged twice for the same report.

— You bought a report and have not opened it, and you ask within 14 days.

We do not refund because

— You disagree with the verdict. A report that says “avoid” has done its job, and that is the outcome the service exists to deliver.

— The figures you entered were wrong. Enter corrected figures and run it again; if the mistake was an honest typo, email us and we will usually re-run it once at no charge.

— Amazon changed its fees after your report was produced. Every report records the fee table version it used and the date it was generated.

How to ask

Email support@sellerverdict.com with your report link. We reply within one working day and, where a refund is due, issue it to the original card through Stripe. Depending on your bank it takes 5–10 days to appear.

Statutory rights

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right is not affected by this policy. By starting a report you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content, which may end that right once the report has been produced.
